Job summary

Culina Group in Bristol is seeking motivated warehouse operatives to join our fast-paced chilled environment. You will pick and prepare stock, operate MHE with full training, and work on a 4 on 4 off day shift.

This banked hours contract offers a base salary of £30,082.17 per year, plus a site bonus potential of £2,500+ per year, with comprehensive safety and hygiene standards and opportunities to develop within our logistics team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a chilled/cold warehouse is desirable but not essential.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to learn and progress.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing stock according to customer requirements using an RDT.
• Operate MHE responsibly and safely – full training provided.
• Carrying out manual handling tasks.

Shifts

• 4 on 4 off Permanent Day Shift - 07.00 - 19.00 Salary £30,082.17 per annum.

We also have a site bonus scheme that rewards colleagues for their performance. This can potentially increase earnings by an additional payment of £2,500+ per annum.

This role works on a banked hours contract.
