About the Role

The Perk Company is a well-established company with ambitious growth plans.

We currently have a new opportunity for a Part Time Warehouse Operative to work in the warehouse unloading trucks with our stock and equipment, putting goods away and picking our outgoing orders.

There is also some responsibility for delivering small orders to local customers.

The job is 20 hours per week, no weekends, working alongside our team at our Coleshill depot in Birmingham.

Some warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.

FLT License would be advantageous but a training course is provided if not.

We are looking for someone who is presentable, professional and relatively fit as this is predominantly a manual job.

Company uniform will be provided.

Clean Driving License and transport to the unit and office in Coleshill is required.

Skills Required

Key Tasks

• Booking goods and equipment arriving into the warehouse.
• Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipment.
• Following workplace health and safety rules when handling goods.
• Picking mixed orders onto pallets and onto vans.
• Assisting with stock management.
• Moving of vending and coffee equipment around our site.

Expected hours: 20 per week
