Responsibilities

• Accurate assembly of customers' orders.
• Picking and loading goods onto cages and pallets safely and efficiently.
• Following stock rotational procedures.
• Performing other warehouse duties accurately and efficiently.
• Marking and storing assembled orders correctly for dispatch.
• Loading customer orders onto company vehicles accurately.
• Distributing drivers’ run-sheets, documentation, and vehicle keys correctly after loading.
• Preparing vehicles prior to loading.

Performance-based pay:

• 90% performance £12.69 per hour
• 100% performance £14.10 per hour
• 110% performance £15.51 per hour
• 120% performance £16.92 per hour

Additional £0.60 per hour if Reach certified

As a Warehouse Operative in Bedford (MK41 7BJ), you will play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient assembly of customers' orders. We are seeking motivated, friendly, and hardworking individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate assembly of customers' orders
• Picking and loading goods onto cages and pallets safely and efficiently
• Following stock rotational procedures
• Performing other warehouse duties accurately and efficiently
• Marking and storing assembled orders correctly for dispatch
• Loading customer orders onto company vehicles accurately
• Distributing drivers’ run-sheets, documentation, and vehicle keys correctly after loading
• Preparing vehicles prior to loading

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Essential: Numerate and literate; warehousing and distribution experience; ability to work efficiently in a cold environment
• Desirable: Reach forklift license, earning an extra £0.60ph premium
