Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Yeovil to pick and pack customer orders, prepare parcels for dispatch, and maintain stock accuracy in a busy environment. You will join a supportive team and contribute to on-time order fulfilment.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm, with no weekend work. Full training provided; prior warehouse experience is helpful but not essential if you have the right approach.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing parcels to a high standard ready for dispatch.
• Maintaining excellent stock accuracy.
• Assisting with stock takes when required.
• Reporting discrepancies to support continuous improvement.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Working as part of a supportive team to ensure orders leave on time.

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Working Hours

Monday to Friday,10:00am - 7:00pm - Flexibility at the end of the day is important, as every customer order must be dispatched the same day. No weekend working.
