Job description

CK Group are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative, to join a speciality chemicals company, at their site based in Wrexham, on a contract basis for 12 months.


Salary:

£13.79 per hour, this is inclusive of shift rate.


Warehouse Operative Role:

• Manage the yard facility ensuring all drivers are dealt with in line with our safety, booking in process and procedures.
• Liaising with security and taking phone calls when drivers arrive at site.
• Taking delivery of goods and signing the delivery notes or receipts.
• Checking goods for missing or damaged items.
• Assisting with loading goods for customer orders.
• Unloading goods by hand, with trolleys or forklift trucks.

Your Background:

• Previous experience of working in a warehouse.
• Strong administrative experience.
• Working knowledge of SAPis an advantage.
• Good knowledge of both Inbound and outbound logistic best practices.
• Fork Lift Licence would be preferred.
