Warehouse Operative

Kirkham | UK | Site Based | Full-time

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Manufacturing Department by providing essential components to the production lines and managing the flow of finished products into the warehouse.

You will also be responsible for receiving materials from suppliers, maintaining accurate stock control using Business Central (BC), and adhering to all processes, procedures, and GMP standards.

This role is key to ensuring that our products are delivered to customers efficiently and safely, supporting STADAs mission of Caring for Peoples Health.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Liaise with the Inventory Controller and warehouse team to ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods, keeping aisles clear and maintaining safety standards.
  • Prepare goods for transfer orders, load and unload vehicles, and operate various forklift trucks to support warehouse operations.
  • Inspect and count inventory, ensuring accuracy and reporting any errors or damages to the relevant teams.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Support additional tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager, contributing to the overall success of the team.

What We Are Looking For

  • Have a valid forklift truck license and experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
  • Bring a solid foundation in Level 2 Maths and English, enabling you to handle inventory and documentation with accuracy.
  • Previous experience working in a GDP-legislated warehouse, giving you a strong understanding of compliance and quality standards.
