Job Title:

Warehouse Operative

Pay Rate:
  • £12.76 per hour (6:00am – 6:00pm)

  • £13.09 per hour (6:00pm – 6:00am)

  • Overtime paid after 40 hours at time and a quarter

Contract Type:

Temporary to Permanent

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a leading plastic recycling manufacturer based in Worksop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure long-term work in a busy, hands-on role. You’ll be supporting the recycling and production process by operating machinery, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring product flow is efficient and safe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating machinery used in the recycling process (full training provided)

  • Performing routine safety and quality checks

  • Cleaning machinery and maintaining hygiene standards

  • Manual handling and general housekeeping duties

  • Supporting the team in meeting daily production targets

Hours of Work:

Rotating shifts (Monday to Friday):

  • Days: 6:00am – 2:30pm

  • Afters: 2:00pm – 10:30pm

  • Nights: 10:00pm – 6:30am

  • 40 hours per week with a 30-minute break
