Job summary

Simply Jobsworth in Worcester is seeking a diligent Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for accurate picking, packing and loading/unloading to prepare shipments.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work quickly in a busy environment, and basic English. Pay is £12.71 per hour on a Temp-to-Perm basis, with bonuses once direct employment starts.

This is an in-person, site-based role with benefits like on-site parking and a canteen.

• Previous experience in the fresh produce industry is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance
• A decent level of English is required

Job Overview

Pay and Working Hours

Pay rate £12.71 on a Temp-to-Perm position

Bonuses will be included once you are taken on as a direct employee.

Alternating shift pattern

Week 1: Sunday to Thursday

Week 2: Sunday to Friday

Times:

Sunday: 6am-Finish

Monday-Friday: 11am-Finish

Duties of the role
