Warehouse Operative (Night Shift)

Location: Worcester

• 38 hours per week guaranteed, over 4 days
• Basic hourly rate of £12.21 plus a 20% shift allowance for working the Night Shift.
• Shift hours are 21:00 - 07:00
• Overtime and extra shifts are available at peak trading times

ArrowXL is recruiting for Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join our supportive warehouse team at our Worcester site, operating on a 4 over 7 shift pattern. While you may not interact directly with customers, you will be essential in ensuring our delivery crews are loaded and ready to deliver the ArrowXL promise.

Handling items such as refrigerators, televisions, indoor and outdoor furniture requires dedication. Joining our warehouse team means becoming part of the ArrowXL family.

Please note that all roles at ArrowXL are subject to a mandatory criminal record DBS check.

Your Warehouse Operative Responsibilities Include:

• Picking customer orders from locations
• Accurately loading and unloading inbound and outbound vehicles
• Checking paperwork is completed correctly
• Safely moving and categorising customer items within the warehouse
• Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Working as part of a team
• Safely using ArrowXL technical equipment
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
• Representing ArrowXL to the highest standard
