Job summary

PROMAN is recruiting a Dispatch Operative in Worcester to join a busy warehouse team. You will prepare and check customer orders for dispatch, load and unload goods, and move stock safely around the warehouse. Full training is provided and overtime is available.

You will be paid weekly, with £14.98 per hour for an initial 12 weeks rising to £15.54 per hour, plus overtime rates of 1.5x Mon–Sat and 2x on Sundays.

PROMAN is recruiting Dispatch Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company in Worcester. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term role with competitive pay, regular overtime and full training provided.

Pay Rates

• £14.98 per hour for the first 12 weeks
• £15.54 per hour after 12 weeks
• Overtime Monday to Saturday paid at 1.5x
• Sunday overtime paid at 2x
