About the Role: You’ll be at the heart of our operation. You’ll learn to produce timber frame wall, floor, and roof panels using modern tools and techniques. Most of your work will involve assembling components with nail guns in a fast-paced environment.
We’ll provide full training to help you meet our high standards in quality, productivity, and safety. If you’re hands-on, quick to learn, and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be the perfect role for you.
Helpful Experience (but not essential):
Joinery or timber frame manufacturing/installation
Automated production line work
Ability to read technical drawings and perform basic arithmetic
Shift Options & Pay: We offer two shift patterns.
The day shift runs Monday to Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30pm, with a midday finish on Friday. The pay rate is £12.60 per hour, with overtime paid at £18.90 per hour for hours worked over 40 per week.
The back shift runs Monday to Thursday from 4:45pm to 4:45am. The pay rate is £14.40 per hour, with overtime paid at £21.74 per hour for hours worked over 40 week.
Competitive salary with overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
