Job summary

Ctrg is hiring a full-time Warehouse Operative for our Bristol reverse operation (BS16 7FQ). You will work a 4-on/4-off shift pattern, handling trays, washing, baling, and loading duties in a fast-paced recycling environment for a major grocery partner.

No prior experience required—full training provided. A can-do attitude, ability to learn quickly, and comfort with repetitive tasks are desired. The role offers holiday pay and potential permanent contract for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load empty trays onto the wash machine ready for cleaning.

• Ensure a hazard free zone by guaranteeing that all work areas are kept clean and tidy.

We are looking for a number of full-time Warehouse Operative to join us at our reverse operation in Bristol, BS16 7FQ. This warehouse supports the cardboard and plastic recycling process, as well as tray wash operation, for one of the leading grocery supermarkets. The site is a fast-paced, diverse environment, with plenty of development opportunities available.

You will be working on a full time basis, on a shift pattern of 4 days on 4 days off.

Pay, benefits and more as a Warehouse Operative:

• Days: 6:00am until 16:00pm Rate £12.75
• Nights: 7:30pm until 5:30am (Rate £13:80 increasing to £15.05 after 12 weeks)
• Average weekly earnings £350 - £400
• Holiday pay
