Hiring Food Production Operatives in Wellingborough!

Pay: £13.68- £15.03 per hour* (depending on the shift pattern)

*Inclusive of holiday payaccrued at a rate of 12.07%

Shifts Available:7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm

About the Role:

We’re hiring reliable, motivated individuals to support a busyfood production facilityin Wellingborough. This is a hands-on role, ideal for those who enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

You will be required to complete a paid induction for this role and your Food Safety Level 2 certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the smooth movement of goods through the production process


• Pack and prepare products for dispatch


• Carry out quality checks to meet safety and product standards


• Follow all health & safety guidelines


• Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and organised using 6S methodology

What We’re Looking For:

• 18+and eligible to work in the UK


• Able tolift up to 25kgand stand for extended periods (8+ hours)


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.


• Previous experience is desirable but not necessary.
