Uttoxeter (home of Tyrrells Veg Crisps)

On-site
Shift - 3-shift rotation (06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00, 22:00 - 06:00) - 40 hours over 5 days.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will support our manufacturing operations by managing stock, maintaining supply flow, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment, proactively identifying and addressing issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to work in other manufacturing areas when needed.

We are seeking a team player with strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to workplace safety and quality. A willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

What will you be doing?

• Stock Management & Supply: Offload deliveries, store materials correctly, and ensure a consistent supply to manufacturing using the Warehouse Management System (Autostore).

• Compliance & Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and labelling standards.

• Safety & Hygiene: Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness, following company policies and procedures.

• Communication & Collaboration: Effectively share key information with colleagues and shifts to ensure smooth operations.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and address issues, participate in training, and contribute to business improvement initiatives.
