Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts, distributed by Alliance Automotive Group in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Warehouse Operative in the Uckfield area to pick customer orders, load vans and ensure orders leave the branch on time.

You will check deliveries, inform shortages or damaged stock, assist with stock takes, and help maintain a clean, safe working environment. AAG offers discounts, pension advice and career progression.

• Prior picking/packing experience in a distribution environment.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work accurately.
• Good communication with team and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and prepare for dispatch.
• Load vans and coordinate timely deliveries to customers.
• Oversee dispatch of orders and track delivery progress.
• Check and sort supplier deliveries; report shortages or damaged stock.
• Assist with rolling stock takes and ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
