A leading company in the telecommunications sector is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to manage equipment logistics, maintain health and safety standards, and ensure efficient supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with necessary certifications for operating machinery. This role offers hybrid working and various employee benefits.
This role will form a vital part of the supply chain process to ensure goods are appropriately received, logged on the system and dispatched to the correct locations. You will also be responsible for helping maintain workplace health and safety and housekeeping standards.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, system logging, correct allocation, and dispatch of equipment, ensuring receipts match purchase orders
• Raising purchase orders to replenish stock as needed
• Help manage the return of faulty equipment
• Be accurate in logging Kit being issued
• Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these
• Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that walkways, forklift areas are kept clear of obstructions.
• Help oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment, this will include taking Vehicles for repairs, servicing etc.

• The suitable candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholders,
• As well as an ability to think logically.
• You will work with a number of different departments and will need the ability to prioritise when necessary.
Certification & Qualifications
• Telehandler or forklift license
• Full clean Drivers License is required
