Warehouse Operatives Needed at Dekit Site in West Thurrock

Join our team as a warehouse operative at our fast-paced Dekit site in West Thurrock. We are hiring for the following shifts:

• 06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00, with a 4 on 4 off schedule

Note: The shift includes a 30-minute unpaid break.

Pay Rate

£14.60 per hour as a subcontractor, equivalent to £11.92 under PAYE.

Responsibilities

• De-kitting lorries by removing cages containing cardboard, plastic, and food waste; these are tipped, bailed, and sent for recycling.
• Standing and walking throughout the shift, pushing and pulling cages.
• Stacking pallets of plastic trays for return to the distribution centre.

The site is approximately a 40-minute walk from Chafford Hundred station.
