Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our Distribution Centre in Thatcham.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will work as part of the warehouse team to ensure that all daily tasks in our Thatcham warehouse are completed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include checking off deliveries, processing warehouse picks, and replenishing stock. You will support the management team and colleagues to maintain service standards.

You will process high-end luxury items, ensuring all information is correct, and develop a good knowledge of your area. You will proactively check and count consignments and assist with inquiries regarding incoming deliveries.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for on-site and home working depending on business needs. Our policy requires a minimum of three days on-site per week. This position is on the early shift, from 07:00 to 15:00, including every third weekend.

About You

You will ensure housekeeping standards are maintained within the warehouse. Attention to detail and meticulousness are essential. Good PC literacy skills are required, as online systems are used daily. Experience with SAP systems and flexibility in working hours are advantageous. Strong numerical, literacy, and communication skills are essential.
