Location: Thatcham
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am 5:00pm; Friday finish at 4:30pm

About the Warehouse Operative

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

• Load and unload deliveries using manual handling equipment

• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy, and safe at all times

• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies

• Assist with goods-in and goods-out processes

• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily targets

Requirements of the Warehouse Operative
