Based near M5 Junction 9 the business supplies locally sourced milk, processed and packaged at this plant, to customers nationwide.

As a Chilled Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role within our distribution chain, linking production and haulage to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of customer orders. This hands-on, physically active role requires working in a temperature-controlled environment - where accuracy and efficiency are paramount.SummaryDays worked: Monday - Saturday, five shifts per weekHours: Minimum of 37.5 hours per week, on a rota basisShift Times: 0700 - 1630, 0900 - 1830; Saturdays one shift 0700 - 1600 with flexibility to stay longer on shift if required.Overtime: Overtime pay after 40 hours at 1.25 x standard pay
Duration: Permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidateThis role requires flexibility, as end times may vary due to production needs.Main Duties

  • Reliable transportation to the Tewkesbury site is necessary, as public transport may not align with shift times.
