Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Tamworth is recruiting reliable warehouse operatives for full-time, permanent roles. You will work a 22:00–06:00 shift, five days out of seven, handling order picking with headset voice-picking and operating MHE like Reach Trucks.

Training is provided, and you’ll join a fast-paced team supporting Sainsbury's distribution needs. The role offers a competitive hourly rate with premiums for weekend night work, plus pension, holiday pay, and access to GXO University for career

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using a headset voice-picking system.
• Pack and place items onto pallets or cages (items up to 15 kg).
• Safely operate MHE daily, including Reach Truck, PPT or LLOP.
• Carry out general warehouse duties and assist with tasks as required.

We're looking for reliable, hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-paced team and play an important part in keeping the operation running smoothly.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity , working any 5 days from 7 on a 22:00–06:00 shift .

Whether you have previous warehouse experience or you're looking to develop new skills, you'll receive the training and support you need to succeed.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Pick customer orders using aheadset voice-picking system
• Pick a wide range of products ontopallets or cages, with individual items weighing up to15kg
• Safely operateMHE (Material Handling Equipment)on a daily basis, includingReach Truck, PPT or LLOP
• Carry out general warehouse duties and assist with other tasks as required during your shift

• Flexibility to support different areas of the operation and adapt to changing priorities when needed
• The ability to carry outmanual handling duties, including lifting, pulling and pushing
