Job description

Apply today to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's busy supply chain!

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is a full-time role working any 5 days out of 7, occasionally working 6 days if the site is busy. There are day, afternoon, or night shifts available. The hours of work are:

1. Days: 6am to 1:30pm
2. Lates: 2pm to 9:30pm
3. Nights: 10pm to 5:30am

The pay rate is £ - £ per hour.

A productivity bonus of up to £60 per week is available in this role!

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, you will pick products using a pick-by-light system, often working from heights with LLOPs (low level order picker) and PPTs (powered pallet truck). This role includes loading and receiving food products.

You may be required to work in different warehouse areas, including re-pack. The work can be repetitive and involves some lifting, as well as manually repacking products.

While working as a Packer, you will adhere to the site's Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Warehouse Operative pays great attention to detail, works accurately, and has good time management skills. You should be organized and focused.

You will work well individually or in a team, can work under pressure to meet targets, and have a flexible approach to daily tasks.

A certain level of physical fitness is required as you will be on your feet for the duration of the shift and lifting may be involved.

Previous MHE experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
