Back To Work in Stafford is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to sort parcels, load and unload vehicles, and move goods safely around the warehouse while working to daily productivity targets.

• Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers.
• Moving parcels safely throughout the warehouse operation.
• Working to daily productivity and operational targets.
• Using warehouse equipment and handling aids where required.
• Following all health and safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Supporting supervisors and colleagues to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
