Job description

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be at the heart of the supply chain, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely. This role suits individuals who enjoy physical work, and take pride in maintaining order and accuracy.
- Unload deliveries, check for damage or missing items, and verify against paperwork.
- Stock Management: Organize and store goods systematically on shelves or racks.
- Order Picking & Packing: Collect items from inventory, prepare orders for shipment, and ensure accurate packing.
- Dispatching Goods: Load goods for delivery and ensure timely dispatch.
- Inventory Control: Use scanners or computer systems to track stock levels and conduct regular stock counts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet trucks, forklifts, or other machinery (training provided if needed).
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents.

Skills & Qualifications

- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks

- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
