We are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our Team at Fowler Welch Spalding on a Full time and permanent position.

Shift:

• Any 4 from 7- to be agreed during interview and in line with site requirements.
• Any 5 from 7 - to be agreed during interview and in line with site requirements.

Working hours:

• 06:00am-16:00pm.
• 06:00am-18:00pm.
• 08:00am-18:00pm.
• 12:00pm-00:00am.

Salary:

• Basic £12.21 per hour - £13.01 per hour.
• Saturday £15.04 per hour- £16.12 per hour.
• Sunday £16.76 per hour - £17.98 per hour.

Job Description

• To ensure you load/unload product strictly in line with the Company's policies and procedures.
• To ensure the correct documentation is completed for all inbound and dispatch loads.
• Reporting any trailer or MHE faults in line with Company procedures and ensuring VOR vehicles are placed in the designated areas.
• To remain vigilant in ensuring goods are picked and assembled accurately as per instructions.
• To ensure dispatched loads are properly secured prior to leaving the loading bay.
• To reach and maintain the standards required to meet the Company's productivity targets.
• Ensure all practices and procedures are safely carried out in line with the Company’s Health & Safety policy, SSOWs and HACCP regulations, where appropriate, and to challenge colleagues who fail to adhere to any such rules or regulations.
• Ensure customer returns are received, recorded and notified to the appropriate Stock Controller.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment.
• Experience of working within an environment where achieving deadlines and quality of work are critical.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
• Conscientious and reliable nature.
• Positive 'can do' attitude.
