Job summary

Proman is seeking hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our busy Southampton team. This hands-on role involves moving, handling and preparing stock in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, totaling 40 hours per week, at £12.75 per hour. Full training is provided, plus on-site canteen, lockers and free parking, with opportunities for progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics preferred.
• Able to lift up to 20 kg safely.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to high standards.
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and move stock around the warehouse.
• Safely lift and handle boxes weighing up to 20 kg.
• Assist with organising and storing incoming/outgoing stock.
• Prepare customer orders and dispatch work orders.
• Support warehouse operations to ensure efficient processing of goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Are you hardworking, reliable, and comfortable with physical work? We're looking for motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our busy warehouse team in Southampton.

This is a hands-on role that involves moving, handling, and preparing stock within a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you enjoy staying active throughout the day and take pride in working safely and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse.
• Safely lifting and handling boxes and products weighing up to 20kg.
• Assisting with the organisation and storage of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Preparing customer orders and work orders for dispatch.
• Supporting warehouse operations to ensure goods are processed efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures and manual handling guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable carrying out physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Experience within a warehouse, logistics, or goods-in/goods-out environment is advantageous.
• Able to lift, move, and handle products weighing up to 20kg safely.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a strong awareness of workplace safety.
