Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join us at Anglia Tool Centre - Pampisford!

If you’re in the trade or have ever tackled a home improvement project, you’ve probably heard of us. We’re the Huws Gray Group and we’re made up of a number of brands, including Huws Gray, Hirebase, Civils & Lintels, The Timber Group, PDM, NDI and Anglia Tool Centre to name a few. We rely on our Warehouse Operatives to look after our stock, and make sure the warehouse remains organised so that we can provide a great service for our customers through efficient picking of materials. Working in one of our branches you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing of customer orders
• Loading and unloading of branch deliveries
• Making sure all incoming stock is accounted for, raising any missing stock or low stock levels to management
• Keeping the warehouse tidy, making sure that stock is stored in line with health and safety guidelines
• Safeguard against the theft of our stock by being security conscious at all times

Qualifications and Benefits

• Although not essential, a Forklift licence would be an advantage for this role
