Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Sittingbourne.

The rate of pay is:

1. Pre 12 weeks:

• Days - £ per hour
• Lates (after 6pm) - £ per hour
• Nights (after 00:00) - £ per hour

This role offers paid breaks and 30 days of holiday

Post 12 weeks:

1. Days - £ per hour, overtime is paid after 48 hours at £ per hour, any 6th shift is paid at £ per hour
2. Lates (from 6pm) - £ per hour, overtime is paid after 48 hours at £ per hour, any 6th shift is paid at £ per hour
3. Nights (from 00:00) - £ per hour, overtime is paid after 48 hours at £ per hour, any 6th shift is paid at £ per hour

This role offers paid breaks and 30 days of holiday.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 5 days out of 7, the hours of work are:

• 6am - 2pm
• 2pm - 10pm
• 10pm - 6am

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Your Time at Work

The responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative include:

• Unloading of incoming trailers
• Breaking down stock on pallets
• Picking stock into cages
• Loading outgoing trailers

A good level of physical fitness is required, due to the nature of the role. Some heavy and repetitive lifting may be required.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Warehouse Operative is a strong communicator who works well individually within a wider team environment. You must be able to handle meat products, alcohol and be willing to work in both Ambient and Chilled areas. They are punctual, reliable, and are keen to develop within their role.

A Basic level understanding of English is required to comply with Health & Safety protocols. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
