This isn't your ordinary Warehouse role.

Are you someone who is passionate about how we care for the most vulnerable people in society?

Our Community Service Centre based in Sidcup is currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our small friendly team.

Some flexibility to cover weekend shifts as required is needed.

NRS Healthcare is the UK’s leading provider of Community Equipment Services. We deliver complete end-to-end services through all stages of equipment provision and recycling within the healthcare sector.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can help us in our mission to improve people’s quality of life and independence every day. Our services enable people to remain in their homes, preventing unnecessary hospital stays and supporting the NHS in delivering frontline care where it is needed most.

Our Warehouse Operatives are a pivotal part of the success of our service. Your role will involve picking and loading equipment, with opportunities to be trained in other activities such as equipment repair and liaising with Driver Technicians. You will be responsible for all goods in and out of the Warehouse.

You will also ensure health and safety standards are met by maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse and equipment. Full training will be provided, including instruction on our inventory management system and the use of a hand-held scanner.

This position is 42.5 hours a week, from 9 am to 6 pm.

Our Service Centre is based in Sidcup, but we provide equipment across the county and surrounding areas.

Most importantly, you'll have the necessary care and compassion to ensure our Service runs smoothly, providing our Service users with a reliable and easy service.

We offer competitive salaries, full training and development, and a wide range of benefits, including:

  • 33 days of annual holiday, inclusive of bank holidays (rising to 38 days after 3 years)
  • Pension Scheme and Life Assurance
  • Exclusive employee discounts, savings, and competitions
