Salary: £12.86 - 23.53 per hour

Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/Order Picker to work for our retail client, in Severn Beach, BS35 4BR.

We're delighted to offer transport from Newport, Magor, Caldicot and Chepstow for successful candidates. A one-way ticket is priced at £2. Applicants outside of these areas require their own transport.

We have full-time availability for this role, working 5 days out of 7, with the following shifts available:

1. 2pm to 10pm
2. 3pm to 11pm - with Zeelo bus provided

The rate of pay is:

1. Day Shift Monday-Friday £12.86 per hour

Various shifts available across weekends, bank holidays and overtime ranging from £17.10 - £23.53 per hour. We are offering successful candidates new performance-based bonuses ranging from an additional 30p - £1 per hour.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative at this site, you will be picking items for orders.

Using manual handling equipment within a large chilled warehouse, you'll pick a variety of fresh produce such as fresh vegetables, dairy products, and desserts.

You will operate both MHE and electrical pallet trucks to stack items into roll cages. Digital wrist-mounted computers and trigger scanners will guide you in conducting these tasks.

Other duties may include loading and unloading goods and keeping the site clean.
