Job summary

JDR Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative / Goods in Operative for our client in Sandbach, CW11. The role involves receiving and storing goods, maintaining stock accuracy, and supporting goods-in processes.

The position is temporary to permanent, offering Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, at a pay rate of £13.50 per hour. A valid FLT Reach truck license is required, along with physical fitness and computer literacy. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• FLT Reach truck license required (in-house licenses accepted).
• Physically capable for heavy lifting.
• Computer literacy essential.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and send goods as per picking instructions.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods for missing or damaged items.
• Store goods in the correct manner for the weight and height of the material.
• Store goods in the correct locations.
• Keep all areas within the warehouse clean and tidy.

This is a temporary to permanent job role, as a warehouse operative you will be supporting the goods in department with stock and inventory control. In order for you to be considered for this position you must have the below:

• Previous FLT Reach truck experience and license required for this position (We can accept in-house licenses)
• Be physically fit as there is some heavy lifting involved in this role
• Be comuter literate
• a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
