Job summary

GXO Logistics in Rugby (CV23 0WB) is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will operate MHE counterbalance and reach trucks and handle loading, unloading and stock movement within the warehouse.

You will work any 5 out of 7 between 14:00 and 22:00, earning an annual salary from £26,275.08 plus a monthly MHE responsibility allowance of £150. This role offers a pension, 28 days leave and access to GXO University and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience.
• MHE driving training will be provided.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow GXO Health and Safety policies.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts safely.
• Load/unload and move stock within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately.
• Goods in/out and stock support.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report issues.

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanentWarehouse Operativeto join our team inRugby (CV23 0WB)for our customer Haier. You will be working any 5 out of 7 between the hours of14:00 - 22:00

What you will do on a typical day:

• Safe operation of counterbalance and / or reach truck Forklift
• Loading / unloading and movement of stock across the warehouse.
• Picking, packing and order preparation accurately
• Goods in/out and processing and stock support
• Daily equipment checks and reporting any issues

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Warehouse experience
• Experience of driving MHE – counterbalance and reach truck, however training will be given
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written
• Ability to work to GXO Health and Safety policies
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse operation
