Job summary

Integra Resourcing is seeking a warehouse operative for shift work in the UK. You will sort, scan, and track parcels, loading/unloading, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Shifts run 15:00–22:00 or 00:00–08:00; the position offers on‑the‑job training, potential progression to permanent placement, and a company pension scheme. Applicants should be reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical work is essential.
• Good level of physical fitness to perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sort parcels and packages according to destination, route, and delivery schedules.
• Scan and track packages using handheld scanners and warehouse systems.
• Load and unload packages from trucks, trailers, and conveyor systems.
• Inspect packages for damage and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets during assigned shifts.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
