Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Eastwood Trading Estate
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, flexible shifts between 7:00am – 6:00pm
Job Type: Full-Time 40 hours with the potential of temp to perm

About the Role:

We’re currently looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client's busy team at our 3-storey warehouse on Eastwood Trading Estate. This is a hands-on, active role involving order picking and stock movement, including placing boxes into racking across multiple warehouse levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders ready for dispatch
• Move stock around the warehouse and load items into appropriate racking locations
• Operate safely across a 3-storey warehouse environment
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area
• Follow health & safety guidelines at all times
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred but not essential
• Good attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and working across multiple floors
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual
• Safety Shoes or Safety Boots
• Hi Vis (If you don’t have one, one can be provided)

Working Hours & Pay:

• 8-hour shifts, flexible start times between 7:00am – 6:00pm
• Overtime may be available during busy periods
