Job Advert: Warehouse Operative – Day Rotating Shifts

Location:Rotherham
Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Week 2: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday (rotating weekly)
  Pay Rate: £12.58 per hour, weekly paid

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced and dynamic team in Rotherham. This role offers an immediate start and is perfect for candidates with a valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance licence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Reach Truck or Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Handling stock, including loading, unloading, and moving goods within the warehouse.
• Picking and packing orders accurately to meet dispatch deadlines.
• Conducting regular inventory and stock control tasks.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following all health and safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid and in-date Reach Truck licence is preferred, but candidates with an in-date Counterbalance licence will also be considered.
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotating shift patterns.
