Overview

As we expand into our new facility, we're looking to welcome enthusiastic warehouse operatives to support the site's launch and growth. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our daily operations, taking on a diverse range of warehouse tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Operate Warehouse Management Systems to meet operational requirements for individual and team productivity performance standards including accuracy
• Respond constructively to customer and internal department requests
• Provide accurate individual productivity performance measurement figures e.g. daily activity tracker
• Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and share ideas
• Report stock reconciliation issues found to Team Leader
• Understand warehouse practices e.g. receipting, picking, loading
• Experience of working to agreed targets
• Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed manner
• Knowledge of Health and Safety at work
