Job summary

CTRG is recruiting a full-time Warehouse Operative for our Rochdale reverse operation (OL16 4NR). The role includes sorting plastic trays, emptying cages, and maintaining a hazard-free area. No experience is required—full training is provided.

You will work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on, 4 off rota (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am). Pay is £12.71 per hour for day shifts and £15.01 per hour for night shifts, with weekly pay and access to the Stream app for early pay options.

This warehouse supports the cardboard and plastic recycling process for one of the leading grocery supermarkets. The site is a fast-paced, diverse environment, with plenty of development opportunities available.

Your pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

Day shift: £12.71 per hour
Night shift: £15.01 per hour

Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative:
