Job summary

TeamJobs is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative with forklift experience to join a busy manufacturing site in Ringwood. You will manage stock, pick components for production, and ensure materials are in the right place at the right time.

This permanent role offers a salary of £28,000–£30,000, Monday to Friday, with two daily shift options: 7:15am-4:00pm or 8:15am-5:00pm. You will use MRP/ERP systems, perform stock checks, and support dispatch of finished goods.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or stores within manufacturing/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• Stock control and inventory experience.
• Experience picking complex components with multiple part numbers.
• Valid forklift licence.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick components and part numbers for production.
• Use MRP/ERP systems to manage stock.
• Carry out stock checks and cycle counts.
• Receive, check and book in deliveries.
• Load and unload vehicles using a forklift.
• Maintain accurate stock records.
• Pick, pack and dispatch finished goods.
• Keep the warehouse organised and running efficiently.

Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver - Ringwood - £28,000-£30,000

Are you an experienced Warehouse or Stores Operative with strong stock control, MRP systems and component picking experience?

TeamJobs are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to join a well-established manufacturing business in Ringwood on a permanent basis.

This is more than a standard pick-and-pack role. You'll be responsible for managing stock accurately, picking a variety of components for production and ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time.

Hours & Salary:

• £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday
• 7:15am - 4:00pm OR 8:15am - 5:00pm
• Permanent position

What You'll Be Doing:

• Accurately pick components and part numbers for production
• Use MRP/ERP systems to process and manage stock
• Carry out stock checks, cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
• Receive, check and book in incoming deliveries
• Load and unload vehicles using a forklift
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
• Pick, pack and prepare finished goods for dispatch
• Keep the warehouse/stores area organised and running efficiently

What We Need From You:

• Strong warehouse/stores experience, ideally within manufacturing or engineering
• Good working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
• Proven stock control and inventory experience
• Experience picking complex components, multiple part numbers or production materials
• Valid Forklift licence - essential
• Full UK driving licence - essential
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
