Job Description:

Micheldever Tyres is looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to be responsible for picking orders, loading and unloading vehicles, and putting stock away. The role involves manual handling, heavy lifting duties, and occasional Van or Forklift Truck driving duties.

• Location: Chepstow
• Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 07:00am-15:30pm (Every other Friday until 17:00)

Role Responsibilities:

• Check all goods received and sent out for faults and report issues
• Maintain high accuracy during stock audits, communicate discrepancies effectively
• Ensure efficient and accurate movement of goods within the warehouse
• Load outbound vehicles safely and properly
• Put-away received stock correctly and process goods for dispatch according to order and DC requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Reliable, enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic and good customer service skills
• Understanding of workplace health & safety, able to work independently and in a team
• Experience in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment is preferred; forklift license (Counterbalance or Reach Truck) is a plus but not essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
