As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.

Our operation in Portbury is looking for candidates who can commit to a 14:00-22:30 shift on either a Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday pattern.

What will you do & what will you need?

The role includes handling goods from intake to dispatch, loading and unloading vehicles while adhering to health & safety standards. You will scan and pick different products, move stock around using modern electronic voice equipment, and work as part of a team in a chilled environment. Appropriate uniform will be provided, but please note the environment may not suit everyone.

We are looking for passionate, adaptable, and collaborative individuals who can follow instructions, work efficiently as part of a team, and adapt quickly. Full training will be provided, and there are excellent opportunities for career progression within our network.
