John Deere Perth is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to support efficient dispatch of parts within our warehouse operations. The role focuses on receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to stockholders.

Suitable applicants will have experience in fast-paced, customer-focused warehousing, with good IT and stock system knowledge. The position offers 40 hours per week, full-time permanent contract. Driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• High degree of picking accuracy and stock integrity following health and safety guidelines.
• Daily stock and rush order handling; pick and pack for internal and external customers.
• Dispatching orders and liaising with external couriers.
• Supporting parts team during busy periods and holidays.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to support the efficient dispatch of parts within our warehouse operations. The prime responsibilities for this role are the receipt and dispatch of goods in line with the demands of various stockholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Suitable applicants would have relative experience in a similar high paced, customer focussed operation and have an understanding of modern IT systems and warehouse operations.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• High degree of picking & stock accuracy with warehouse cleanliness following company health and safety guidelines
• Daily stock and rush order handling, pick and pack orders for both internal and external customers
• Dispatching orders and dealing with external couriers
• Supporting parts team during busy periods and holidays

Skills And Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch role is desirable (not essential)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• IT skills for stock systems or scanning equipment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Manual handling tasks
• Awareness of Health & Safety Practices
• Full Driving Licence
