Role: Operations Assistant

Based in Perth, your responsibilities will include:

• Building rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to queries, and processing sales.
• Serving customers at the trade counter with advice and product knowledge.
• General warehouse duties such as goods in & out, picking and packing orders, and merchandising.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours/week: either 7.00am - 4.00pm or 8.00am - 5.00pm, with every other Saturday morning 8.00am - 12 noon once fully trained.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience in merchant or retail environments is preferred but not essential; full training provided.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in building customer relationships.
• FLT licences and experience are advantageous.
