Job Title: Warehouse Operative Immediate Start

Location: Hucknall

Pay Rate: £12.21 - Paid weekly.

Our client, a leading retail manufacturer based in Hucknall, is hiring Warehouse Operatives to support their team through a busy season. If you're a reliable, physically fit individual looking for full-time work, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

Key Role Highlights

• Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, approximately 9 hours per shift
• Team Dynamics: Working in both one and two-person teams, you'll be responsible for heavy lifting and precise handling of goods.
• Temporary Role: This is a temporary role with the potential for further opportunities based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Loading & Unloading: Handle and move products using safe manual handling techniques, ensuring all items are managed with care.
• Teamwork & Productivity: Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets efficiently, using communication and teamwork.
• Attention to Detail: Accurately move products through the warehouse, keeping the environment organized and adhering to company policies.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Warehouse Experience Preferred: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is advantageous.
• Physically Fit: Able to perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks.
• Strong Team Player: Reliable with a great work ethic, and able to work well in a team-focused environment.
• Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is key in ensuring accurate product movement.
