Working Hours: 40 hours a week / flexible across Monday - Friday

Contract: Temporary - 4 months

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join their team for the summer season.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee goods in/out - receive, check, and rotate stock appropriately.
2. Pick and prepare customer orders accurately to meet deadlines.
3. Support cleaning, testing, and re-stocking of frozen cocktail machines.
4. Assist in workshops, including basic machine maintenance.
5. Ensure production is supplied with packaging and ingredients.
6. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and organization.
7. Monitor warehouse processes and uphold standards for process improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent planning and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Organized and proactive with high attention to detail.
• Confident in handling goods in/out and managing stock rotation.
• Familiarity with the SALSA Food Safety System.

Additional Details:

• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
