Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative for our North Tawton Depot. You will be required to use counterbalance and reach trucks to pick and dispatch goods. Keep up with good house keeping to ensure the warehouse remains a clean and tidy place to work in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually loading and unloading
• Using the warehouse system & scanner to receive, locate goods into the racking, pick & dispatch whilst handling all caged goods with care and attention, working in a temperature chilled environment.
• Replenishing and consolidation of stock when required and assembling cages for orders to be safely stacked in racking.
• Assisting when required within the warehouse to include wrapping and labelling of pallets.
• General housekeeping and upkeep of the warehousing area and equipment.
• Completing any relevant paperwork in line with the warehouse processes to include reporting any defects.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment.
• Must have a valid UK Driving licence.
• Must have a counterbalance or Reach truck forklift licence.
• Experience with computerised warehouse management systems.
• Good attention to detail is essential as well as working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
