Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time

Our client, a successful North East distributor, is currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

You will be based at their site in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Key responsibilities include:
• Efficiently managing stock and inventory, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintaining the highest standards of organisation and cleanliness within the warehouse.
• Operating material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
• Collaborating with team members to meet targets and enhance operational flow.

About You – Warehouse Operative
The successful Warehouse Operator will have previous experience working in a similar position in a warehouse setting.

You will ideally have:
• Ability to demonstrate a track record of reliability and efficiency.
• A valid forklift licence is highly advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent team player with robust communication abilities.
• A commitment to upholding health and safety regulations.
