Main Activities
- Performing stock checks.
- Booking goods in and out.
- Picking and packing third-party orders.
- Processing customer return merchandise authorizations (RMAs).
- Performing general warehouse office duties when required.
- Liaising with internal customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Updating warehouse systems, ensuring a high degree of accuracy, including third-party systems.
- Ensuring all items that arrive and are dispatched are recorded on the appropriate paperwork/systems and following the agreed process.
- Ensuring equipment and stock are clearly labelled and identified.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area at all times in line with customer and company agreements.
- Following proper loading and unloading procedures.
- When loading vehicles, ensure the load is correct, fit for transit, and shows no evidence of damage.
- Escalating all issues as appropriate.
- Adhering to the company’s Health & Safety policy at all times.
- Maintaining the standards of the company as defined in ISO9001 and ISO14001.
- Ensuring all processes are followed, and paperwork is completed correctly and ready for input.
- Being flexible to undertake other duties as required by the needs of the business.
