Job Description

We are a complex operation delivering high levels of service for a brand market leader. As a successful candidate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Key attributes include teamwork, communication, tenacity, and the ability to work proactively on your own initiative, which are essential for the success of our department.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for operating various types of MHE to load, offload, and put away pallets of product safely and efficiently. MHE training will be provided as needed, along with coaching to help you achieve targets.

Salary and Shift:

• £14.10 per hour – approximately £29,592 annually.
• 4 on 4 off rotating shifts (6:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 6:00)

Qualifications:

• Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
• Effective time management to meet daily targets.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible approach to work and shift patterns.
