Job description

Position: Warehouse Operative

Salary:

£11.44 per hour (£23,000 per annum once permanent) with access to a bonus scheme paid in March.

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-1pm (39 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

1. Pick and pack customer orders according to requirements.
2. Inspect all products for quality before distribution.
3. Create accurate courier labels with correct destination information.
4. Maintain good working relationships with team members.
5. Meet targets set by KPIs.
6. Ensure good housekeeping in the warehouse and yard.
7. Assist in other warehouse and production areas as needed.
