Job summary

Response Personnel Ltd in Luton is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our client’s warehouse team on a potential temp to perm basis, with a genuine opportunity to grow into a permanent role for the right person.

You’ll be responsible for pick and pack, goods in, loading and unloading, and supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties. You’ll also participate in stock takes and adapt to shifts (e.g. 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30), with occasional Saturday cover required.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience essential.
• Competence in pick and pack operations.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible with shifts.
• Willingness to work towards a permanent role.

Salary: £12.71 per hour, 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our client's warehouse team in Luton on a potential temp to perm basis, with a genuine opportunity to grow into a permanent role for the right person.

About the Role

You'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of our clients warehouse, with duties including:

• Pick and pack
• Goods in
• Loading and unloading
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as required
• Participating in stock takes
